Joint Forces Readiness Center - A very large project that required presice cordnation with the Federal Government during the massive excavation process. Utility pipelines and structure excavation was also included.
Lemay Avenue Widening - As general contractor, completed the demolition, earthwork, storm drainage and pipeline installation required to widen Lemay Avenue. This project was completed 43 days ahead of schedule!
Kechter Road Improvements - Improved Kechter Road by removing and replacing existing paving, pipelines and structures. Also, increased the overall width of the road.
Highland Meadows Golf Course Pond - Completed the installation of the pond at Highland Meadows Golf Course consisting of more than 300,000 CY of material.
Low Point Wastewater Treatment Plant - Completed the demolition, earthwork, structural excavation, backfill and pipeline installation required to construct the Low Point Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Hidden Valley - Provided the infrastructure for this large subdivision including the installation of 5829 LF of sanitary sewer main, 8666 LF of water main and 1517 LF of storm sewer. The detention ponds had their sides over excavated by 20,000 CY and were replaced with onsite clays creating a pond liner. Dewatering was required to achieve pond liner completion. Overlot excavations and embankments of almost 200,000 CY were also completed on this project.
Home Depot / Wal-Mart - Completed the earthwork and pipeline installation for the Home Depot in Fort Collins at the corner of Mulberry Street and Lemay Avenue.
Centre Point - As general contractor, completed the infrastructure and assisted the owner in delivering "ready to build" lots to clients.

Greeley Interconnect - Install 4,430 LF of waterline (240 LF of it was installed in a 30" steel casing that was bored under US HWY 34) to connect the Johnstown and Greeley waterlines. The connection of these two lines required a pressure reducing valve and vault.
Highland Meadows Golf Course Phase 4 - Installed 3113 LF of sanitary sewer main, 14 EA manholes and 56 EA services to the lots for the 4th phase of this project.
Highland Meadows Golf Course Phase 5 - Graded the 5th phase for the Highland Meadows Golf Course amounting to more than 20,000 CY and installed more than 3,400 LF of water and sewer main and provided service to the 46 lots.
Harmony School Shops - This project included the demolition of the existing parking lot, re-grading the detention pond, overlot grading, sewer, water, and storm pipe installation.
Lemay Avenue Estates - Provided overlot grading operations in the amount of 241,748 CY. This quantity includes a 2' deep over excavation of the streets, moisture conditioning and re-compacting to help stabilize the subgrade. Gerrard's also installed 5401 LF of sanitary sewer main, 28 EA sanitary sewer manholes, 6488 LF of water main and services to all 55 lots.
Sunrise Elementary School - Performed more than 28,000 CY of overlot excavation and embankment. Installed all erosion control measure such as construction entrances and silt fencing. Provided subgrade preparation and the structural excavation and compacted backfill for the school building. Gerrard's also did all of the utility installation for this project. The utilities entailed 819 LF of sewer main, 1393 LF of water main and 399 LF of storm sewer piping.

Federal Express - Gerrard's developed the infrastructure for the new FED EX distribution center in Johnstown. Overlot grading, erosion control, structural excavation and compacted backfill operations were completed. Highland Meadows Golf Course - Completed over 7 miles of sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer pipeline and installed 4,000,000 pounds of rip rap erosion protection boulders servicing the current total of 364 lots on this golf course community. Gerrard Excavating Inc. is planning on installing another 122 lots by the end of summer 2007.

Homestead Heights - Completed the infrastructure for this residential subdivision in Greeley consisting of 76 lots.
Auto Auction - Completed the earthwork and pipeline installation for the Auto Auction in Loveland. Pipeline work included over 1,500 LF of 2" sanitary sewer force main.
Highland Meadows Golf Course Lift Station - Installed a complete sanitary sewer lift station and a 12" force main for the Highland Meadows Golf Course.
